Let me tell you something you probably don’t want to hear:

Consistency is everything.

I know, I know. You want results.

We all do.

That shiny "I made it" moment where everything clicks and the rewards start rolling in.

But here’s the catch—most people quit before they see anything close to results.

Back when I started @connectwithgrowth, my faceless brand, I didn’t make a dime for the first two years.

Not one single dollar.

I’ll be real with you—I had no idea what I was doing.

No strategy, no monetization plan. Just me, posting Shorts, TikToks and Reels, day in, day out.

But you know what? I didn’t care. Because I enjoyed it. The process itself kept me going. There was something satisfying in just putting content out there. Every post felt like its own little achievement, and bit by bit, the account began to attract more eyes.

Then, one day, a friend asked me: “How much do you make from this?” It hit me like a splash of cold water. I wasn’t making anything and realized, Hey, maybe I could actually make this profitable.

So, I got to work. I figured out how to get monetized on YouTube, created a course, and built a system to turn @connectwithgrowth into a real income stream.

Fast forward to today, and I’m bringing that same energy to my personal brand—but now I’m one step ahead.

This time, I have a strategy.

I’m still writing every week, still showing up because I love it.

But now, I know exactly how I’m going to turn this passion into a profitable business.

I’ve done the research, I have a clear monetization plan, and I know what I’m working towards.

P.S. I'll dig more into the exact strategy in future letters.

For now, the most important thing is this:

I didn’t get where I'm at by waiting around for the “perfect plan”.

If I’d done that, @connectwithgrowth wouldn’t even exist.

Put consistency at the top of your list

If you’re building something of your own, let me offer you two simple rules:

1. Consistency is Rule #1. Build consistency first, and use that as a base to refine and improve. Just keep moving, keep producing, keep posting.

2. Strategy is Rule #2. Having a plan is powerful, no doubt. But don’t let it take over. Too often, people get caught in planning mode, and suddenly strategy becomes Rule #1. You start perfecting the plan, and before you know it, action takes a back seat.

And that’s where things go sideways. Strategy is here to guide you, but consistency and action must always come first.

Without them, your plan will just sit there gathering dust.

So here’s my advice for you this week:

Start showing up, even if you don’t have all the answers yet.

Action above all else. That’s how you create results.
